What is the "Réflecteur" Group Coaching Program?
It’s a collective intelligence setup inspired by co-development, with a strong focus on action.
This program is designed for professionals looking to enrich their practice, find concrete solutions, and open new avenues of reflection through shared group experience.
In a supportive and respectful environment, a small group of peers meets regularly to support one another.
Each session follows a structured process and facilitation method to explore real professional challenges, generate fresh ideas, and implement action plans.
With my intuitive approach, I enhance the collective power and creativity.
Objective: Help each participant evolve in their mindset, practice, or profession.
Who is it for?
This program is for professionals seeking growth, perspective, or a fresh boost.
To ensure psychological safety and optimize exchanges, I intuitively and pragmatically form groups.
Groups can consist of similar or complementary profiles depending on needs:

How does it work?

Groups of 4 to 6 participants, accompanied throughout the cycle by a certified professional coach (me!).

Each session lasts 1h30, held every 3 to 4 weeks.

During each session:

One participant is the “client” presenting their challenge.

The others act as “consultants,” offering their perspectives.

Moral commitment: members agree to attend the full cycle.
