1. About These Terms
(1) This website (the “Site”) and/or the services offered, including all connected mobile applications (collectively the “Services”) and any offering or sale of products (the “Products”) through the Site are owned and operated by [Delphine Naudin LightHouse Coaching, micro-enterprise] (hereinafter also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions under which visitors or users (collectively, “user” or “you”) may visit or use the Site and/or Services and purchase Products.
(2) By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our Site or Services, or before purchasing any Products. These Terms outline who we are, how we sell our Products to you, how you may cancel a purchase contract, and what to do if a problem arises.
(3) You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal authority, right, and power to enter into a binding agreement based on these Terms, to use the Services, and to purchase Products. If you are not of legal age, you may only use the Services or purchase Products with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms are provided in French. In the event of any discrepancies between the French version and any translation, the French version shall prevail.
To use our Site and/or Services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal majority in your country, and you must have the legal authority, right, and power to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You may not use this Site or Services if doing so is prohibited in your country or by any applicable law or regulation.
Before placing and confirming an order, you must read and accept these Terms.

Description of Products and Services
You must read the product or service descriptions carefully before placing an order. Product and service descriptions include essential features, as required by Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code. These descriptions are provided to offer the most comprehensive overview possible but may not be exhaustive. Product photos, drawings, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Please refer to the packaging, labels, and usage instructions provided. We are not liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
Product Purchases
All product purchases are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
(1) When purchasing a Product:

(i) You are responsible for reading the full product listing before making a purchase.

(ii) Placing an order by completing payment and clicking “Book” or a similar button may constitute a legally binding contract, unless otherwise stated.
(2) You may browse and select Services to add to your cart. Prices are shown on the Site and are subject to change at any time, including corrections for inadvertent pricing errors. Such changes do not affect prior purchases. At checkout, a summary will show your selected Products, total price, VAT (if applicable), and shipping fees. You can review and modify your cart before confirming the order by clicking “Purchase”. You must accept the Terms by checking the box provided before completing the order.
(3) You will receive an automatic confirmation email summarizing your order. This is not an order acceptance.
(4) A legally binding contract is formed when we send an email confirming acceptance or deliver the Product. We may decline your order at our discretion unless your selected payment method requires immediate processing, in which case the contract is formed when you complete the payment process.
(5) You may save your payment method for future use. We store your details in accordance with industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Your stored card is identified by its last four digits.
Coupons, Gift Cards, and Other Offers
From time to time, we may offer discounts, gift cards, or other promotions (“Offers”). Offers are valid only for the period stated and may not be transferred, modified, sold, exchanged, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 7 days from the order or from signing the service contract.
To exercise this right, send a registered letter to:

or an email to delphine.lhcoaching@gmail.com within the withdrawal period, using the withdrawal form attached as Appendix 1. We will confirm receipt by email.
Products must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the Product, excluding return shipping costs.
⚠️ Please note: All items are non-returnable.
All Products are either digital items, well-being services, support sessions, workshops, or training (online or in-person), and as such, are non-refundable under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Product Warranty
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity under Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
This warranty applies if the product does not match its description or intended use due to a defect present at delivery. You have two years from delivery to act and may request repair or replacement. If neither is possible, you are entitled to a full refund. Within the first 24 months, no proof of the defect is required.
Unless explicitly stated in these Terms or required by law, we disclaim all other warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, performance, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Intellectual Property
(1) All content related to our Services—including but not limited to text, images, code, software, graphics, music, videos, trademarks, documents, and digital content—is our exclusive property or licensed to us (“Our Intellectual Property”). You acquire no rights to this content unless explicitly stated in these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
(2) If Products include digital content, such as music or video, your use rights are limited to those stated on the Site.
Disclaimer for Use of the Site and Services
All free content and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind, including suitability, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
Access may be suspended due to maintenance or updates.
This does not affect the product warranty described above.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services in violation of these Terms—unless not caused by your fault.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss or damage—including direct, indirect, or consequential losses such as revenue, data, contracts, or business interruptions—arising from:
(i) the Site or its content,
(ii) use or inability to use the Site,
(iii) linked websites or content on those sites.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure as defined under Article 1216 of the French Civil Code.
Modification of Terms or Services; Discontinuation
(1) We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You should check them regularly. If material changes are made, we will notify you. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any update, do not use the Site or Services.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue Services at any time. Where possible, we will give advance notice and consider your legitimate interests.

The Site may contain links to external websites. We do not control or endorse the content or practices of third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Miscellaneous
(1) No waiver of any breach shall be considered a waiver of any earlier or later breach.
(2) Headings are for convenience only and have no legal meaning.
(3) If any part of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
(4) You agree not to contest the legal validity of electronically exchanged documents. Electronic records serve as proof of communication, orders, and payments under Article 1368 of the French Civil Code.
(5) You may not transfer your agreement or any rights/obligations without our prior written consent.
(6) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Services and Product sales.
(7) Provisions meant to survive termination, such as indemnity, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall remain in force.
